The Role Working closely with Partners, Solicitors and fee earners, the Private Client Legal Secretary will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support across a broad range of Private Client matters. Responsibilities will include:Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the Private Client teamManaging correspondence, legal documents and client communicationsOpening, maintaining and closing client filesAssisting with file archiving and document managementUpdating client records and internal databasesSupporting fee earners with diary management and appointment schedulingAssisting with billing, financial administration and matter managementActing as an initial point of contact for new client enquiriesArranging client meetings and liaising with clients in a professional and confidential mannerCoordinating internal team meetings and business development activitiesAssisting with marketing
