What You''ll Be Doing:Empowering Residents: Contacting residents in temporary accommodation to discuss private housing options and providing comprehensive housing advice. Navigating the Housing Market: Securing privately rented accommodation by expertly negotiating with landlords and agents, both within and outside of London. Ensuring Suitability: Making sure all procured accommodation meets essential suitability standards for formal offers. Case Management: Preparing cases for the discharge of Main Duty and maintaining detailed, accurate records on relevant databases. Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining collaborative and constructive relationships with a wide range of people, including parents/carers, schools, social workers, and other agencies, to achieve positive shared outcomes.
