Business Development/Pre-Con Manager - Piling/Foundations

A specialist piling contractor on the delivering bored, rotary and tight-access foundation works is looking for a Business Development professional to help grow the business across the South Coast.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with piling, groundworks, or foundation experience who wants to combine client-facing business development with commercial/project insight. Over time, the role can develop into pre-construction, supporting tenders and technical proposals.

What you''ll do:

- Build relationships with contractors, developers and consultants
- Identify and develop new project opportunities
- Support early-stage commercial/tendering activities
- Work closely with operational teams to understand project needs
