Adapro Talent Partners are delighted to be exclusively partnering with a growing PE Backed SME who are looking to recruit a Part Time Finance Assistant on an initial 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. Based at their HQ in Northamptonshire, the Finance Assistant will support the Financial Controller with the following responsibilities: Managing the purchase ledger from invoice processing through to payment Dealing confidently and professionally with supplier queries Preparing and processing supplier payment runs Processing and managing employee expenses Maintaining the Fixed Asset Register (FAR) Maintaining and reconciling prepayments Preparing VAT returns Preparing and submitting CIS returns Understanding and applying CIS and DRC rules where applicable Assisting with PSA preparation Preparing P11Ds Managing employee P46 (car) requirements Supporting month-end processes and reporting Assisting with year-end requirements and providing information to accountants/auditors as required Supporting the finance team with process improvements and new systems This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is confident working independently, has strong attention to detail and is comfortable taking ownership of their work.
