We''re looking for an experienced Apprenticeship Delivery Manager to lead, support, and develop a team of Learning Advisors, ensuring high-quality, compliant, and inspiring apprenticeship delivery. What you''ll do Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10-12 Learning Advisors.Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and set clear KPIs.Oversee caseload distribution and ensure efficient, compliant delivery.Ensure full compliance with Ofsted, apprenticeship funding rules, and internal quality frameworks.Complete regular audits and observations to maintain high standards.Ensure timely and accurate learner documentation (Training Plans, Agreements, reviews, EPA prep).Track learner progress, retention, and achievement across all programmes.Lead coordination of End Point Assessments (EPAs).Identify risks and implement interventions for learners needing support.Support strong employer relationships and attend meetings as needed.Embed safeguarding, Prevent, GDPR and HandS requirements across the team.Contribute to curriculum planning, SAR, QIP and continuous improvement activity.
