Foxes Recruitment are recruiting for a permanent Customer Service Advisor to work for our client based in the City Centre of Leicester.

We are recruiting for a permanent member of staff to work for our client who is a Will and Estate Planning business based in the heart of Leicester.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be responsible for:

• Instruct and advise clients
• Identify potential threats to the clients estates
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure you have carried out all of the clients final wishes

Customer Service experience on phones is essential, and 2 weeks of intense training will be given.
