Operating across South Wales and the South West, the company delivers a diverse range of commercial and industrial refurbishment, fit out and construction projects for an established portfolio of clients. The successful candidate will play a key role within the pre-construction team, working closely with senior management to prepare competitive tenders and support the continued growth of the business. The Role Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender documentation Producing take-offs and pricing schedules Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor and supplier quotations Identifying project risks and value engineering opportunities Attending site visits and pre-tender meetings where required Liaising with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors Supporting project handovers following successful tender awards Projects typically include: Commercial refurbishments Office fit outs Industrial unit and warehouse refurbishments Dilapidation works Roofing and cladding packages General construction and improvement works About ..... full job details .....
