Aspired talent are looking for experienced Reach Forklift Driver/Counterbalance driver to work for a national company on the day shift working 730am -5pm Monday to Friday.This is long-term work with the opportunity of securing a permanent position.Duties:you will be responsible for loading and unloading trailers, picking and replenishment of stock using CounterbalanceRequirements:- Candidates must have a minimum of 6 Months experience driving a Counterbalance FLT truck/Reach truck- Have own transport or be able to get to locations if needed- Ideally be able to provide a previous work reference- Have good communication skills- Be a team playerDriving and operating a Reach Truck/Counterbalance safely and efficientlyConducting pre-use inspections and reporting any faults to managementReceiving goods into the warehouse and stowing palletsChecking the quantity and visual quality of incoming and outgoing goodsUnpacking and storing incoming goodsOrganising stock for deliveriesMoving goods around the warehouse as requiredAdhering to health and safety procedures at all timesEssential skills:To be successful as a FLT Reach Truck Driver/Counterbalance you will need:A valid Reach Truck/Counterbalance licence (RTITB or ITSSAR accredited)Experience driving and operating a Reach Truck/CounterbalanceGood communication skills and the ability to multi-taskStrong spatial awarenessAccuracy and attention to detailGood organisational skillsReliability and self-motivationFlexibility and willingness
