Salary: -95115 per day (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-time | Term Time Only | September Start

Tradewind Recruitment are recruiting Learning Support Assistants to work in welcoming secondary schools across Waltham Forest. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to make a positive impact on students'' academic progress, confidence and wellbeing.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:

• Support students during lessons on a one-to-one basis and in small groups.
• Work closely with teachers to deliver engaging learning activities.
• Help students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their potential.
• Provide additional support for pupils with SEND where required.
• Encourage independence, confidence and positive classroom behaviour.
• Assist with intervention sessions and classroom preparation.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has experience working with children or young people in schools, tutoring, youth work, coaching or similar settings.
• Is patient, enthusiastic and adaptable.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a school team.
• Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of young people.
