Operations Manager and Executive Support The Koru Collective The Koru Collective is looking for an organised, proactive and dependable Operations Manager and Executive Support to join our boutique transformation, leadership and organisational development consultancy. This is a varied role at the heart of the business, working closely with our CEO to keep our clients, projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly. No two weeks will necessarily look the same. You could be coordinating a leadership programme, arranging coaching sessions, preparing a client proposal, raising invoices, booking travel, organising a workshop or making sure the CEO has everything needed for the week ahead. We''re looking for somebody who enjoys bringing order to a busy environment, takes ownership of their work and is comfortable using their initiative to keep things moving. We deal with high profile clients and confidentiality is key. What you''ll be doing Your responsibilities will include: Managing diaries, meetings, coaching sessions and travel. Coordinating client programmes, workshops and events. Supporting client communications and administration. Maintaining business systems, trackers, files and documentation. Raising invoices and supporting financial administration through Xero. Monitoring payments, expenses and recurring financial activities. Supporting proposals, tenders, presentations and reports.
