Electrician 

Requirements

• Carry out electrical installation and upgrade works across social housing properties.
• Undertake works involving ventilation fans, heat pumps, consumer units and solar installations.
• Maintain accurate records of completed works, testing and inspections where required.
• Promote and maintain high standards of health, safety and quality at all times.
• Follow site procedures and work professionally within occupied properties.

Experience and Qualifications

• ECS Gold Card qualified electrician.
• Ideally MCS accredited.
• Previous experience working on social housing projects.
• Experience with ventilation fans, heat pumps, consumer units and solar PV installations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with an interest in long-term ongoing work.
• Willingess to work on a Price Work Basis - scope to earn upto 90k a year
