Working term time plus 10 days (41 weeks per year) and open to 52 week contract, this role offers the opportunity to support and influence leaders across the trust s schools while benefiting from a strong work life balance, including school holiday periods off.This is an opportunity for an experienced HR practitioner who excels at building relationships, influencing leaders, and providing practical, solution-focused people advice.
