Head of Engineering

, youll lead the technical evolution of Tilts core platform and infrastructure. Reporting directly to the CEO, youll be responsible for defining our engineering strategy, leading re-platforming initiatives, and preparing the organisation for the next generation of video and AI-powered innovation. Youll shape a modern engineering culture rooted in velocity, quality, and autonomyone that empowers teams to build delightful, performant experiences at scale.
