Job Title: Solutions Design Manager
Locations: West Midlands (Hybrid)
Salary : -50-60,000

Duties:

• Lead strategic warehouse solutions by understanding client requirements, conducting site assessments, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Oversee projects from initial consultation to final implementation, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and exceeding client expectations.
• Manage a high-performing team of solution designers, engineers, and project managers. Foster a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in solution design.
• Be the primary liaison with clients, understanding their unique business needs, and translating those needs into visionary and practical warehouse designs that enhance their operational efficiency.
• Stay at the forefront of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and evolution of warehouse solutions.
• Conduct cost-benefit analyses to ensure the economic viability of proposed solutions, identify opportunities for cost savings, and contribute to the company''s overall financial success.
• Anticipate and navigate potential risks associated with warehouse design projects, ensuring proactive mitigation strategies are in place for seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to align warehouse solutions with overarching business strategies, fostering a cohesive and synchronised approach to client success.
