(Kirkdale) L4, MerseysideTempest Education are working with a Primary School in L4.The School are looking to appoint a Level 3 Teaching Assistant as soon as possible.This role is 5 days a week, Monday to Friday.The school has a fantastic support stream to provide personalised support for students with SEN, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to thrive in their education. Your responsibilities will include:Cover lessons when teachers are absent.Helping create a nurturing, positive, and inclusive learning environment.Supporting classroom activities and adapting resources to meet student''s needs.Encouraging social, emotional, and academic development.Collaborating with teachers, SEN coordinators, and other professionals to deliver targeted interventions.Requirements: Experience of covering classes.Patience, compassion, and a positive approach to supporting children''s learningExcellent communication and teamwork skillsA genuine passion for working in education and helping children succeedAn enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)Minimum 6 months experience within a School environmentHow to Apply:If you''re ready to take on this exciting opportunity and become part of a caring, supportive team, please apply with your CV.
