Administrator
A client of ours, a leading manufacturer and supplier in Clacton, are recruiting an Administrator to join their team ASAP! This is a temporary to permanent position, working Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm (30 min lunch), paying 13.00 - 13.50 per hour (depending on experience).Key duties in this Administrator role will include (but are not limited to):Managing new orders, dispatch paperwork, and labellingProcessing and maintaining records using Sage 50Answering incoming phone calls and responding to customer enquiriesMaintaining accurate records using both manual and digital systemsSupporting general office administration, including filing, data entry, and reportingCoordinating with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfilmentPreparing documentation for shipments and maintaining compliance recordsSkills and experience required:Proven Sage 50 experience (essential)Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced environmentPrevious experience within the food industry (highly desirable)Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasksGood handwriting and the ability to complete paperwork neatly and clearlyConfident using both manual and digital record-keeping systemsIf you feel you meet the above criteria, are available immediately, and would like to be considered for this Administrator role, please apply with your CV and Laura will be in touch.
