Overview:
My client is currently looking to employ a project engineer to assist in planning, design, of multiple projects. The ideal candidate will be able to make sure all projects design documents are delivered on time, within budget and to strict quality standards.

Responsibilities:
* Manage design projects from quotation to completion.
* Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, reports and budget.
* Collaborate with other teams to identify requirements, risks and resources.
* Communicate with stakeholders providing updates and keeping the projects on track.
* Developing and managing bill of materials (BoM) as well as acquiring relevant materials when needed.

Requirements
* Completed Degree, HNC/HND in mechanical or electrical engineering preferred.
* Knowledge of instrumentation (Strain Gauges, Thermocouples, Pressure Gauges etc)
* Great understanding of layouts and engineering drawings and designs.
* Experience in creation of detailed mechanical aerospace drawings.
* Previous project management experience.
* Highly organised with strong time management and able to prioritise.
* Aerospace or similar background with a mechanical bias.
