BMS Service EngineerSalary Package: Up to 50,000 - 65,000 + Bonus + Car + Pension + Benefits Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced BMS Service Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Siemens Building Management Systems to carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive service, fault finding, commissioning, and optimisation of BMS installations across commercial and critical environments.The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HVAC controls, BMS software and field devices, with proven experience working with Siemens BMS platforms, including Desigo, PX and associated Siemens controllers and supervisory systems.Key ResponsibilitiesCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on BMS systems.Diagnose and rectify faults across BMS controllers, sensors, actuators, valves, plant and associated control equipment.Service, maintain and optimise Siemens BMS systems, including Siemens Desigo/PX platforms.Undertake BMS software modifications, graphics updates, trend analysis and system adjustments.Fault-find HVAC control systems, including AHUs, FCUs, chillers, boilers, pumps, VAV systems and associated plant.Configure and commission BMS controllers and field devices.Review BMS alarms, trends and operational data to identify system faults and improve performance.Carry out functional testing of BMS-controlled equipment.Liaise with customers, facilities teams, subcontractors and other engineers to resolve technical ..... full job details .....
