AVP - Leveraged Finance and JV Administrator Location: London (Hybrid - 2-3 days in office)Contract: 6 months, strong potential for extensionDay Rate: From £300 via Umbrella (DOE) We are partnering with a major Japanese-headquartered global financial institution with a long-standing presence across corporate banking, markets, consumer banking and a broad range of financial services. They are seeking an experienced AVP-Leveraged Finance and JV Administrator to join their Specialised Products Department (SPD), supporting strategic Leveraged Finance and Net Asset Value (NAV) joint venture programmes with leading Private Equity partners. This position sits within the Planning and Internal Control Group and plays an important role in the administration, governance and monitoring of several JVCo structures that are key growth areas for the bank. You will support the full lifecycle of JVCo activity, including reviewing reporting, reconciling data across systems (Loan IQ, OBS, Themis), overseeing loan servicing, supporting deal closings, and coordinating with Front Office, JV partners, Operations and Head Office teams. The role offers excellent exposure to leveraged lending, structured finance, securitisation reporting and cross-functional collaboration.
