Role and Responsibilities of the Accounts Administrator: Processing Invoices. Input invoice onto Sage Construct Accounts Package. Delivery Notes/Statements. File physical copies of delivery notes/statements into relevant files. Process NatWest Card Statement. Match the receipts for certain payments since it will save us the VAT. Put on Sage 200 or Sage Construct depending on whether they are VAT-able. Set up new project folders in live project folder shared work drive. Supporting accounts manager in a variety of tasks. Setting up new accounts. Transfer of new accounts. CIS verification (await UTR/Company Reg/National Insurance info). Raise cheques. Log sales invoices. Log subcontractor invoices on system.
