Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Hard FM operations on a large static site.
• Lead engineering teams and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance, KPI performance, and client satisfaction.
• Manage budgets and operational performance.

What We''re Looking For

• Experience in an Operations, Contract, or Facilities Manager role.
• Strong M&E and Facilities Management knowledge.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
