The RoleWe are looking for a CRM Marketing Manager to own day to day execution across CRM, email marketing and paid activation. This is a pivotal role where you report to and will work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager on strategy while taking responsibility for building and running the operational side of CRM and paid performance marketing.
This is not a generic Marketing role. You will need the skills and experience to deliver multi venue outcomes at pace, creating measurable uplift in revenue and customer engagement across our portfolio.
What You Wi
ll DoCRM Journeys and AutomationsBuild and optimise core flows such as welcome, post visit, win back, birthday, VIP, event follow up and cross sell
Ensure automations are connected to live trading priorities and marketing calendars
Campaign ExecutionManage weekly and ad hoc email campaigns across all venues
Segment audiences, build campaigns, QA, schedule and report
Enable venue teams with templates, content packs and training
Paid ActivationPlan and run paid campaigns on Meta and Google for priority venues using CRM segments for remarketing, lookalikes and suppression
Manage budgets, performance tests, creative briefs and reporting
Deliverability and Data StandardsOversee list hygiene, warm up plans, domain authentication and deliverability monitoring
Standardise website and WiFi capture and manage preference centre with Atreemo
Platform and Web BasicsDay to day management of Atreemo CRM and booking or ticketing integrations
Support venue teams with WordPress updates, DesignMyNight widgets and basic HTML or email checks
Enablement and TrainingProvide venue managers with practical templates, guides and training to improve campaign quality and consistency
Trading AlignmentEnsure offers, campaigns and CRM journeys are aligned to our rolling four week marketing calendar
Coordinate with venue managers to secure lead times and creative assets
What We Are Looking For
Proven experience in CRM marketing, ideally in a multi venue, hospitality or events environment
Hands on expertise in Atreemo CRM is highly favourable
Strong background in email automation, segmentation and deliverability
Confident managing Meta and Google paid campaigns end to end
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and keep campaigns aligned with trading needs
Skilled in campaign reporting, testing and optimisation for measurable outcomes
Practical knowledge of WordPress, basic HTML and email QA
Highly organised with strong attention to detail

Salary: £36,000, £42,000 for exceptional candidates with proven multi venue results
