This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll take responsibility for making sure the business runs smoothly day to day, while also building the systems and structure we need as we grow.You’ll be the person who spots what needs fixing, gets things moving and makes sure projects land on time, on budget and fully compliant. From managing suppliers and contracts to working with the MD and Board, your influence will be felt across the whole group.We’re after someone who’s already established in operations and project delivery, with experience in property, housing or a related sector.
