Ability to design and program PLC / HMI / SCADA systems for various industries using Siemens, Mitsubishi etc. equipment. Design electrical distribution / motor control centers and PLC control systems. Involvement from enquiry and concept design through to detailed design in projects lifecycle. Attending client and sub-contractor meetings to support the project by providing technical expertise. Production of test documents FAT/SAT, and attending at panel manufacturers premises for Factory Acceptance Testing Keeping abreast of the latest developments in electrical engineering. Authoring of OandM Manuals. Job Requirements / Knowledge and Experience List of essential knowledge and experienceo An Engineering qualification to at least level 4 (HNC/HND/Degree or equivalent).o Relevant design experience in a position of Electrical / Controls Engineero Experienced in control panel/ MCC design ideally with Siemens equipment.o Knowledge of industrial control systems including electrical distribution equipment, motor control centers, and PLC control panels.o Project management of electrical engineering and controls projectso Experience in a turnkey project environment.o Highly organized with attention to detail.o Excellent problem-solving skills.o Able to work proactively both individually and as part of a small tea
