Key Responsibilities: Lead complex projects across membership provision, international delivery, and tech initiativesGather and analyse business requirements, translating them into functional specificationsOversee implementation and optimisation of systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365Drive continuous improvement initiatives and refine processes post-implementationProduce dashboards and reports using Power BI and SQL to support decision-making Required knowledge and experience for the Manager - Programme D
