Production Operative (Manufacturing & Packaging) needed in Tewkesbury, Salary: £12.60 per hour Overtime after 40 hours, Hours: 37.5 per week, Contract: Temp to Perm (12 Weeks).

What You’ll Do 

• Work on production lines to support daily manufacturing output. 
• Load, pack, and move products safely. 
• Follow quality control processes and check finished goods. 
• Complete general warehouse or production duties as required. 
• Maintain a tidy and safe workspace. 
• Work flexibly across early and late shifts based on production needs. 

• Previous production or warehouse experience is useful but not essential. 
• Ability to commit to both shift patterns. 
• A good level of physical fitness. 
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn. 
• Strong team player with good communication skills. 
• Reliability and strong timekeeping. 

• £12.60 per hour overtime opportunities.
