Our client, a successful and growing business within the trades/construction sector is looking to recruit a proactive and motivated Business Development Executive to support ongoing expansion throughout Central Scotland.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and revenue streams within the trades and construction sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end-user clients.
- Prepare, collate, and submit bids, quotations, and pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs).
- Organise and attend client meetings and networking events to promote the business.
- Manage social media platforms and advertising portals to enhance brand presence.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and use initiative.
- Experience in business development and bid writing is advantageous.
- Previous experience in the trades or construction industry is desirable but not essential.
