Portfolio HR and Reward are delighted to be supporting our client on the recruitment of their Reward and Recognition Specialist. This role will support with the implementation of the company reward and recognition activities. This role will support the Reward and Recognition Manager in delivering a full range of cyclical and BAU reward management activity. This will also include supporting with the annual pay compensation processes, maintaining pay structures and supporting with long service and STAR awards recognition schemes. The role is remote with one day on site in East Croydon per week.
