Sales Administrator

We''re on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our expanding client based in Leicester on a part-time, temporary ongoing basis.
Salary: -13.74 - -14.56 (depending on experience).
Hours: 09:00 - 17:00. 4 days per week and is required to work on a Monday, Tuesday and Friday due to company needs.
The Role:
As a Sales Administrator, you will support the day-to-day operations of the Sales team with general administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stationary & uniform orders.
- Distributing post to relevant departments.
- Answering the phone and responding to emails.
- Creating site visit packs.
- Uploading details on to client CRM system.
- Ordering catering for meetings.
- Processing refunds, cancellations and expenses.
Essential Requirements:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines calmly and efficiently.
- Professional and friendly manner when dealing with clients and staff.
