Key Responsibilities:

  Plan, deliver, and assess engaging Drama lessons to students in Key Stages 3 and 4

  Develop students'' performance skills, confidence, and understanding of dramatic forms and techniques

  
  



• 
  

  Monitor and report on students'' progress, providing constructive feedback

  
  



• 
  

  Encourage participation in school productions, theatre trips, and extracurricular drama clubs

  
  



• 
  

  Collaborate with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating classroom environment

  Participate in departmental meetings, training sessions, and school events

  Contribute to the development of the Drama curriculum and school performances

Ideal Candidate:

• 
  

  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

  Strong subject knowledge and a passion for teaching Drama

  Experience directing or producing student performances is desirable
