Vehicle Technician Opportunity at Leading Leicester Dealership

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership group in Leicester, is seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join their busy workshop team. Duties:

• Perform routine servicing, maintenance, and mechanical repairs on a variety of vehicles
• Conduct diagnostic checks to identify faults and determine necessary repairs
• Complete all workshop documentation accurately and efficiently
• Support warranty and electronic Vehicle Health Check (eVHC) processes
• Accurately complete job cards and digital workshop reports
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and workmanship
• Work collaboratively within the workshop team to meet productivity targets
• Support the delivery of excellent customer service through technical expertise

Requirements:

• NVQ/IMI Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Service-Technician or Vehicle Technician within a dealership or independent garage
• Confidence in using diagnostic equipment
• MOT Tester qualification is advantageous but not essential
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Positive attitude with a professional approach
• Strong diagnostic, repair, and servicing capabilities
• Commitment to continuous development through manufacturer training
