Your new role As Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Organising and supervising all site activitiesEnsuring all site operations are in accordance with programme specificationsConducting site inspectionsRecording the progress of the worksEnsuring works are delivered safely on time, within budget and to specified quality.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful, you will have:Previous experience in civil works within the highways industry in a supervisory capacityCSCS, SSSTS/SMSTS and First AidSound organisational, communication and interpersonal skillsFull UK driving licence.What you''ll get in return In return, you will receive: Starting salary up to £57,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)25 days'' annual leave (option to buy/sell more) plus bank holidaysCompany bonus schem
