About Us Care Success Services Limited (CSSL) is a specialist care provider based in Longsight, Manchester. Our Day Centre provides a safe, structured and creative environment for adults with autism, learning disabilities, complex needs and significant communication difficulties. We deliver individualised activity programmes designed around each person''s preferences, working closely with families, carers and the City Council on Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs). The Role We are recruiting Day Centre Support Workers on a term-time contract, aligned to the Manchester City Council school calendar. You will work during term periods only, supporting service users to engage in meaningful daily activities, develop their skills and experience an ordinary, fulfilling life.
