This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with customer service and sales experience looking to develop within a supportive and transparent business. The Role As a Customer Service and Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for handling inbound customer enquiries, processing orders, and identifying opportunities to upsell and generate new business.Duties will include: Handling incoming calls from customers placing orders via the websiteProviding excellent customer service and building strong relationshipsUpselling additional products and maximising order valueLearning product ranges and internal systemsWorking from a large customer database to identify sales opportunitiesContacting lapsed clients and developing existing accountsSupporting new business development and account growthWorking towards individual and team sales targets Requirements Previous experience in customer service, sales, telesales, or call centre environmentConfident communicator with strong telephone mannerExperience with upselling, cross-selling, or account managementUnderstanding of the sales process and customer journeySelf-motivated with a proactive approach to generating businessIT literate and comfortable working with CRM/database system
