Manufacturing Operative

We're a growing manufacturing business looking for a dedicated Manufacturing Operative to join our team.

As a Manufacturing Operative, you'll be an integral part of our production process, primarily working with cutting machines. We're also excited to be embarking on a new project involving plastics, offering you the chance to expand your skills and contribute to innovative developments.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring cutting machines to produce components according to specifications.
• Ensuring the quality and accuracy of manufactured products.
• Assisting with the setup and calibration of machinery.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area.
• Contributing to the successful implementation of new projects, particularly those involving plastics.

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus, but not essential. Full training will be provided.
