Our client is of one of the fastest-growing property management companies on the south coast with over 500 residential properties and they are expanding their in-house team who are dedicated to maintaining their commercial and residential properties to the highest standards.

• All aspects of Painting and Decorating
• Full Redec
• Woodwork
• Prepping
• Sanding and Caulking
• Interior and Exterior
• Maintenance and Handyman experience
• Basic Plumbing
• Basic Carpentry

Requirements

• Own van and tools – Essential
• Experience in maintenance and handyman duties – Essential
• Qualification in Painting and Decorating– Beneficial
