We are looking for a Structured Finance Lawyer for a six month contract, with a possibility to extend, to lead and manage structured finance and securitisation transitions from inception to completion.What you’ll do

Draft, review, and negotiate transaction documentation and related agreements in relation to structured finance transactions, including securitisations.Engage and coordinate with external counsel as required to ensure efficient delivery of legal services.Provide legal advice and support on BAU matters.Execute transactions and BAU matters independently.About you

7 years+ PQEGood understanding of UK and EU Securitisation Regulations.Excellent drafting and negotiation skills with attention to detail.Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.Prior experience working on consumer credit mattersPrevious experience working on MandA transactions, including due diligence and transaction documentationWho you are
