We are looking for a dynamic Training and Development Partner to play a key role in enhancing the quality and progression of Fitness to Practise (FTP) cases. You''ll deliver high impact training, support case teams with technical expertise, and help embed best practice across our operational processes. Working closely with managers and stakeholders, you will identify skills gaps, design and deliver engaging learning solutions, and ensure our teams have the tools, guidance and confidence to carry out high quality, timely investigations.
