The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic and technical skills within housing maintenance and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently. This role requires the use of your own vehicle, with mileage reimbursed. Key Responsibilities Inspections and Diagnostics Conduct daily property inspections on behalf of the client, diagnosing issues accurately and efficiently.Utilise strong knowledge of HHSRS, damp investigations, structural assessments, and general building diagnostics (minimum 5 years'' experience).Report findings, raise work orders, and arrange works through the client''s DLO or approved supply chain partners.
