Parts and Retail Salesperson WymondhamContract Personnel are looking for an experienced Parts and Retail Salesperson for our well-established client based in WymondhamHow does the day-to-day look? You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day retail sales within the showroom which will include Parts, Hardware, Clothing and Groundcare machinery salesYour role will be to ensure delivery of excellent customer service at all times by dealing with all queries relating to the products and services supplied by the Company either face to face or over the telephone You will have: Good knowledge of Agricultural and Horticultural equipment and parts is advantageousExcellent people skills and enjoy working with the general publicEnjoy working in a busy atmosphere and can cope under pressure during busy periodsGood communication skills: face to face, letter, email and telephoneFamiliarity of working in a retail environment and showroom experience (desirable)General computer skills and familiarity with email and internet useSupporting internal workshop technicians with parts identificationGoods receiving and distribution of ordersGood numeracy and literacy skillsSales experience and/or knowledge of groundcare and agricultural machinery (desirable)Full driving licenceSmart and presentable appearanceMotivated by sales and targetsAttention to detail and accuracy with numbers, handling of cash, cheque and card paymentsA team player capable of working alone or with other team member
