Job SummaryWe are looking for a skilled and experienced Service Manager with strong HVAC background to join our team! In this role, you will supervise all aspects of our service and installation teams scheduling, ordering, dispatching and invoicing. Perform first class, customer focused HVAC service for our Central NJ customers. Sharing stress and load with our team of dedicated long-term technicians.

We are looking for a candidate who will interact in an energetic, enthusiastic and compassionate manner

Candidates who understand the fear and frustration of a customer in need and project empathy and an I’ll HELP YOU vibe.

Candidates with excellent knowledge of heating and cooling systems.

Pleasant phone mannerisms and competent technology skills important.

Bilingual ability will be favorably considered.

Successful candidates will work in a team environment with great cohesion – Contrarians need not apply.

Qualifications

Past experience as an HVAC service technician or comparable education

Valid Drivers License

Customer service experience required along with strong communication and computer skills

Prior managerial skills are a must
