Production Team Leader Location: Washington Salary: Up to £35,000 + 12% shift allowance Hours: Monday Friday, 6am 2pm or 2pm 10pm What you ll do: Lead and support a team of production staff. Make sure everyone follows safe working practices. Keep the workplace clean, organised, and efficient. Help your team grow and succeed. Solve problems quickly to prevent production delays. Follow company policies and procedures at all times. Be the first person your team can turn to for support. Help with other tasks as needed to keep the department running smoothly. What we re looking for: NVQ Level 3 in Management (ideal but not essential). Good at organising and prioritising tasks. Strong communication skills confident talking to all levels of staff.
