ServiceNow Technical Manager - VPDocklands, London (Hybrid)£120,000 - £130,000 per annum + annual discretionary bonus On behalf of a prestigious financial services organisation, I am seeking a highly ServiceNow specialist to join the business as a ServiceNow Technical Manager. Working a key part of their Infrastructure Management team you will provide strategic oversight and ownership for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform The company operate a hybrid work policy and therefore you must be willing to commit to 2 days per week and must be within commutable distance of their London HQ. Responsibilities: Provide strategic oversight and ownership for the design, development, modification, and implementation of mid- and long-term solutions within the ServiceNow platform Provides expertise and leadership in ServiceNow platform and integration design to meet business requirements. Work directly with customers to understand business requirements for ServiceNow platform. Manage ServiceNow vendor relationship and developers. Responsible for managing scope of work, ensuring contractual deliverables and managing change orders for ServiceNow enhancements. Deliver presentations and demonstrations of ServiceNow roadmaps that align with business strategy. Provide technical and architectural guidance, support and training for other team members. Provide knowledge of CMDB and Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
