What You’ll Need:

• Experience supporting children in a primary or EYFS setting (school, nursery, or childcare)

• A calm, consistent, and positive approach to classroom support

• Confidence supporting phonics, reading, and early numeracy in small groups or 1:1

• Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative

• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)

Your Role Will Include:

• Assisting the class teacher with lessons and day-to-day routines

• Supporting targeted interventions in phonics, reading, and maths

• Encouraging engagement through play, discussion, and visual resources

• Building strong, positive relationships with children, staff, and parents

• Flexible options for part-time or full-time work depending on your availability
