Marketing Director / Head Of Marketing Premium Growing International QSR ConceptWe are currently conducting a search for a Head of Marketing or Marketing Director for one of the most well respected and well financed premium QSR Groups based in London.

The group currently operates sites in London and Manchester and is growing across the UK with 3 international Franchises in the Middle East with a total estate of circa 15 sites. The food they serve is absolutely fantastic, which is enormously respected by their peers, and customers alike.

They have a really engaged team with a great people structure in place. They see this new Head of Marketing or Marketing Director position as a crucial final piece to their senior team, to help manage the business through the next stage of their growth working very closely with the CEO and Founder.

The Marketing Director we are looking for will:

Understand the role of Culture and what that means for Brands.Have managed and overseen Brand and Marketing Campaigns, building up an experience of what success looks like and how the whole machine works.Campaigns you have worked on will have been across various media channels on and offline.A Marketing Director that fully understand the Creative process from Brief to Post Production and how to deliver a campaign to market.Someone that can inject a bit of personality, dial up the fun, and be a creative thinker.A Marketing Director that will be a positive force, who will put skin in the game and want to produce the best possible work.Be excited about building sales and brand equity. And understand that everything a Brand does creates a legacy a legacy you''re excited about being part of.Understand creativity and want to get hands on when needed. If there is a problem or a shortfall, you are on it.This is a great opportunity for the right candidate to join a very successful company at exactly the right time. The Salary is open, we were originally thinking £90,000 £100,000 as a basic plus a very strong benefits package.
