The Opportunity
Join a leading pharmaceutical team in Worthing as a Production Technician. This is a critical role supporting the bulk manufacturing of vaccines and diagnostic devices. You will work within a GMP-regulated cleanroom environment, joining one of four specialist production teams.

Core Responsibilities

• GMP Operations:-Execute routine manufacturing tasks, including equipment preparation and batch transfers, within Grade A-C cleanrooms.
• Strict Compliance:-Follow SOPs and gowning procedures precisely to ensure "right first time" production.
• Documentation:-Maintain high-standard GMP records, logbooks, and batch documentation with 100% accuracy.
• Workflow Support:-Manage stock checks and maintain an organized, audit-ready workspace to meet production schedules.

• Reliability:-Consistent, punctual attendance to support continuous manufacturing cycles.
• Accuracy:-Error-free documentation and strict adherence to safety and gowning protocols.
• Resilience:-The ability to remain focused and productive while wearing full PPE in a cleanroom for extended periods.

Requirements

• Experience:-Background in production, labs, or a GMP environment is a plus, but we provide-full training-for motivated candidates.
• Mindset:-A high level of attention to detail and a commitment to following structured procedures.
• Adaptability:-A team-player attitude with a willingness to learn specialized pharmaceutical processes.
