Key Responsibilities

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes to the required standards.
• Managing and maintaining your designated section of the kitchen.
• Ensuring food is prepared and served consistently, efficiently, and on time.
• Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen safety.
• Monitoring stock levels, assisting with deliveries, and minimising food waste.
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
• Working collaboratively with the wider kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Following all food hygiene, health and safety, and safeguarding procedures.

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Chef de Partie or in a similar professional kitchen role.
• A minimum of 6 months'' kitchen experience in the UK is essential.
• A clean Enhanced DBS check for the Child Workforce, or willingness to obtain one.
• Good knowledge of food hygiene, food preparation, and kitchen safety standards.
• The ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen.
• Strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills.
• A reliable, punctual, and professional attitude.
• A passion for food quality, consistency, and presentation.
