Designed with small classes (around 6 pupils), each supported by a teacher and teaching assistant, it delivers a personalised, low-arousal environment with sensory-friendly spaces and strong visuals. The curriculum blends National Curriculum subjects with creative, physical, outdoor learning, and community engagement, guiding students toward qualifications (Unit Awards, Entry Levels, Functional Skills, or GCSEs) and fostering independence and employability skills. The school are looking for a Speech and Language Therapist to join their expanding provision. Key responsibilities include: Carrying out assessments and delivering one-to-one, group, and class-based interventions Writing clear, professional reports to support EHCPs and reviews Working closely with teachers, support staff, and other therapists to embed therapeutic strategies into daily routines Contributing to a holistic and integrated approach to student support Supporting staff and families to better understand and respond to sensory and functional needs You ll be part of
