Mechanical Project Manager - Major Residential Scheme Up to £90,000 + Package East London Start ASAP We''re working with a well-established MandE contractor who are looking for a Mechanical Project Manager to lead a large-scale residential development in East London. The project has an MandE value of £25 million and covers both shell and core and full fit-out, with a strong mechanical bias. You''ll act as the primary point of contact for the client, overseeing delivery from pre-construction through to completion. The Role: Lead the mechanical delivery on a £25m MandE package. Oversee full project lifecycle design, coordination, installation, commissioning, and handover. Manage subcontractors, client interface, and internal delivery teams. Ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to the highest quality. Report directly to senior management with regular progress updates. Requirements: Proven experience managing large residential or mixed-use projects. Strong mechanical building services background. Excellent client-facing and coordination skills.
