What you will be doing Planning and delivering high quality teaching for individuals and small groups Monitoring, assessing and reporting on pupil progress Contributing to whole school development and improvement Creating stimulating, well organised learning environments Developing and reviewing IEPs, behaviour plans and personalised learning pathways Working collaboratively with LSAs, tutors, care staff and multi professional teams Ensuring pupil safety through effective planning and risk assessment Supporting pupils to devel
